In the campaigns of Sales, the impression that discounts make on users greatly influences the purchasing decision, and on many occasions, brands make abrupt changes in prices, which sometimes either ends up losing the real value of the piece, or is a lie for the consumer, because they first had to greatly inflate the original value, which is why our question arose: Fair price or big discounts?
What values do we want to convey?
At the beginning of Marie, one of the points we had to address as a brand was sales and sale periods. Why is this something decided at the beginning? Because the markup of the prices of each piece depends on it. And here our question arose: if the strategy was to inflate the prices of the products and then abruptly lower them, what values would we be transmitting to our consumers? Isn't this taking away "value" from our creations? With the answers to these questions, we paved the way for Marie: to create a quality piece, with local production, conceived and felt for our women. This has a very special value that naturally transformed into a "fair price."
Sales and Pandemic
At Marie, we believe in the value of our pieces, and part of that is making our women feel special. But like everything in life, there are moments that overwhelm us and are beyond our plans, as has happened these past few months. Our Chapter II came out alongside the pandemic, and it was truly a very special launch. Suddenly, we stopped thinking about sales, about individual things, and focused, like most people, on collective matters. Life was already different.

Today, with a lot of effort, we understood that we needed to give you something more, and we decided to adjust each piece to the maximum and offer a super summer discount.
